Technical Questions

If you have any problems or questions about using PCalc, check out the list of frequently asked questions below and, if the answer isn't there, mail me at:

and I'll do my best to help. You should also check out the Forums.

Feature requests are welcome, especially from registered users, but do let me know what you think anyway. I do get a lot of email so it may take me a while to respond, but I do read everything in the end!

If you lose your registration number let me know and I'll look it up. Of course, it's a good idea to print out the registration email you get from Kagi, just in case.

Payment Questions

You can pay for your copy of PCalc on my Kagi order page here:

http://order.kagi.com/?6B2

Any questions about your order should go to Kagi directly at:

Phone: 1 510-658-5244
Phone support available 8:30am–5:30pm
PST (USA) Monday-Friday

Please note that Kagi doesn't know anything technical about PCalc, so you shouldn't ask them any questions other than those related to the processing of your order. Also, if you've lost your serial number, it's quicker to ask me directly.

If you don't hear anything back from Kagi within a few days of submitting your order, it's best to check with them to make sure they got it in the first place. The most likely explanation if you never hear anything is that they have got an incorrect email address for you, so make sure you enter it correctly.

Kagi has an online page for tracking the progress of your registration, and another for answering general questions about your order.

Frequently Asked Questions

Okay, so the list here isn't exactly comprehensive! If you have a question, please let me know at the address above.

Q. Have you written any other software I should know about?

A. Of course! I am also the author of DragThing, the popular alternative dock application. You can download a copy from the official web site at:

http://www.dragthing.com/

If you like PCalc, I'm sure you'll like DragThing too.
